our SERVICES
(Pre-Contract): Preliminary and Final Design
Analysing the employer’s requirements and where necessary co- ordinating the services of specialist consultants; Preparing, Designing and Illustrating outline proposals.
(Pre-Contract): Production Drawings
Preparing of production drawings including specifications, Co-ordination of the work of the specialist consultants where necessary and incorporation of their work and that of nominated subcontractor in the drawings. Obtaining estimates and information from nominated subcontractors and suppliers.
(Post-Contract): obtaining tenders; arranging for the Works contract, handing over of the site, commencement of works to completion.
Preparing a contract agreement for the signature of the client and the works contractor, arranging for the works contractor to take possession of the site, examining and viewing the construction program of the works contractor.
